Ouch!  Don't run as root!  You should not be treating root as a normal
user.  You definitely should not be trying to create packages for
Fedora using root.  Building rpms as root can cause you a lot of
unneeded grief.  If you are looking to create official packages for
Fedora, you'll want to learn to use mock for building.[1]  If you're
just creating rpms for your own systems, you should at least use a
normal user account for package building.  There is a draft doc that
has some good info.[2]

I think that you have some other issues, which folks are trying to
help you with here.  But I wanted to make sure it is pointed out that
you do NOT, under any circumstances, want to be doing this as root.

After switching to a normal user, you should probably also read the
gpg man page and the README from gpg for other good usage info.
