There are no CD-ROM sets any more, only DVD. Even a DVD is too small for 
Fedora/Everyting. ;-) Fedora has merged core and extras repositories. One 
can use USB drive to install/update to F7 as Tim already suggested. To 
boot the installer look into the images directory. There is an image 
boot.iso, which can be burnt on a CD.

You can use pungi to create a default RPM set to install or update. It has 
a gui called revisor.
