htt and htt_server

Hi

On my older Fedora servers I have someting running called htt and htt_server.

# ps -aux | grep htt

htt       2926  0.0  0.0  1520  328 ?        Ss    2006   0:00
/usr/sbin/htt -retryonerror 0
htt       2927  0.0  0.2  7448 3016 ?        S     2006   0:00
htt_server -nodaemon

What is that??
