Your second package, xine-lib-extras-nonfree 1.1.7 from Livna, caused
your dependancy problem not the package from Fedora. Fedora has nothing
to do with or any control over the package from Livna because the
package from Livna, note in the name _nonfree_, contains drivers that
are not FOSS. Which means, pretty much, illegal to distribute without
paying a fee.Your complaint should be with Livna for releasing before
Fedora not with Fedora.
