The smart channels with F7 core (Everything) and updates repositories configured are available in the update/testing/7 directory at most mirrors and here: http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/updates/testing/7/i386/fedora-package-config-smart-7-8.1.i386.rpm
