I have W2k on one partition and FC6 on the other; when clicking through to My Computer (Win2k), a 132mb partition and a unknown sized (and unformatted) drive is now showing up. This only happened, after I installed FC6... I'm rather uncomfortable with the unformatted drive and partition showing; is there any fixes I could/should too.

LVMs show up in windows as raw partitions. You might be able to use the hide feature in grub and add it to the grub.conf file. Windows does not show ext3 partitions so I noticed the same only on installations that are on lvms. The entry is put in the W2k stanza.
