That seems a little harsh. Just because you have installation problems
does not mean RedHat created a faulty DVD. Did you perform the media
test prior to installing?

Yes, I did check the checksums and they match. Furthermore, I used the
same media to upgrade F7 on a different machine and no problem was
seen.
