The Fedora disk partitioner is appallingly bad, and has been getting steadily worse with successive distributions. If I want to partition my disk, I use a sensible program like fdisk under knoppix. Then I install Fedora, making sure I don't let it alter my partitions. -- Timothy Murphy e-mail (<80k only): tim /at/ birdsnest.maths.tcd.ie tel: +353-86-2336090, +353-1-2842366 s-mail: School of Mathematics, Trinity College, Dublin 2, Ireland
