To hammer home that point, I checked on the DVD I made from the torrent
back on 26 Oct., and it has the .2798 kernels:

   # ls /mnt/c/Fedora/RPMS/kernel-*
   /mnt/c/Fedora/RPMS/kernel-2.6.18-1.2798.fc6.i586.rpm
   /mnt/c/Fedora/RPMS/kernel-2.6.18-1.2798.fc6.i686.rpm
   /mnt/c/Fedora/RPMS/kernel-devel-2.6.18-1.2798.fc6.i586.rpm
   /mnt/c/Fedora/RPMS/kernel-devel-2.6.18-1.2798.fc6.i686.rpm
   /mnt/c/Fedora/RPMS/kernel-doc-2.6.18-1.2798.fc6.noarch.rpm
   /mnt/c/Fedora/RPMS/kernel-headers-2.6.18-1.2798.fc6.i386.rpm
   /mnt/c/Fedora/RPMS/kernel-kdump-2.6.18-1.2798.fc6.i686.rpm
   /mnt/c/Fedora/RPMS/kernel-kdump-devel-2.6.18-1.2798.fc6.i686.rpm
   /mnt/c/Fedora/RPMS/kernel-PAE-2.6.18-1.2798.fc6.i686.rpm
   /mnt/c/Fedora/RPMS/kernel-PAE-devel-2.6.18-1.2798.fc6.i686.rpm
   /mnt/c/Fedora/RPMS/kernel-xen-2.6.18-1.2798.fc6.i686.rpm
   /mnt/c/Fedora/RPMS/kernel-xen-devel-2.6.18-1.2798.fc6.i686.rpm
   # grep kernel upgrade.log
   Upgrading kernel-headers - 2.6.18-1.2798.fc6.i386
   Upgrading kernel-doc - 2.6.18-1.2798.fc6.noarch
   Upgrading kernel - 2.6.18-1.2798.fc6.i586

My bad. You're correct. The first kernel got wiped by an update before
I disabled installonlyn.
