That's why selective/partial enabling of repos is A Bad Thing. You get
funny per system bugs depending on the configuration of the repo
filters which don't immediately point to the real cause (the filter
itself), but require longer diagnosis.
Then yum-priorities has a bug. There is no other thing that can explain
packages disappearing. It should only decide to exclude packages that
are in another repo which has higher priority.
