Yeah - my similar Nvidia card (w/nvidai driver) still makes that noise if you fire up Blender or Second Life. The nv driver keeps the fans going 100% all the time (or at least much longer), whereas the nvidia driver turns the fans down when there's no real load on the card... Chris
