I think its great that he has survived that long, I hope to also, but with a bit of sugar that could be a problem. When a malpractice situation came up with me many years ago, when I had recovered sufficiently I went back and gave the doc his choice, that of dealing with me when I'm pissed and not calling the police, or a malpractice suite (but I would have had to stand in line to collect that, he eventually lost several).
