On the surface  what you want to do seems impossiblle.. The addresses
starting with 192.168 are internal addresses not available to the
external world. They are not reachable from outside the lan. You could
route all the port 80 traffic to the external address of the router to
the internal interface of the router. In principle that would work but
it would also mean that people from everywhere could reach the web
browser of your router.
