Whoops - that was a different machine - it does have "show file in separate
viewer" clicked
FWIW the "Embedding" tab for text/html here has "Show file in embedded
viewer" set here.
Also if you select "Knoqueror" on the text/html General tab, and the
Edit... button, on the Application tab of that dialog unser "Command" it
says:
kfmclient openURL %u text/html
