I have a number of SCSI based Tyan Thuder K8WE - based machine with 2 x
dual core CPUs and 4/8/16GB of memory running FC6/64 without a problem.
As the K8WQ share the same chipset, you should be safe.

BTW, considering the price of the machine, I assume this is a production
machine - shouldn't you be using RHEL instead?
