In earlier versions of Linux several utilities (and even the filesystem way back when) had a 2GB limit on functionality that was a feature of the 32bit operating system. I believe that limit has been raised to several TB now. I forgot to tell that file dimensions were about 10 Mb each, and I didn' t get any message at all. I realized that something was wrong from the very different number of objects in directory list. -- Antonio Montagnani Skype : antoniomontag
