Many times there is no reply available because nobody has YOUR hardware/software. This is especially true in the laptop field where there are so many proprietary products and so documentation can be somewhat sparse. I no longer have a laptop having given mine to my daughter who had more need than I did. I had a Toshiba and like so many had trouble getting wireless to work until I got lucky and put together enough tips and LOTS of time testing before achieving sucess.
