Hi, I have a difficulty. My laptop's CD/DVD drive has decided to be really stupid and not work anymore. The system is therefor not easy to upgrade. It's got FC4 on it now and I'd like to get FC5. My question is... Has anyone done a "yum upgrade" to upgrade their system? I found the basic info from the net at - http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/YumUpgradeFaq#head-bdd1ed4a339aa22c95c238af0e3323c0bccf6167 and http://www.brandonhutchinson.com/Upgrading_Red_Hat_Linux_with_yum.html but it would be nice to know if it has been done successfully (or not) before I go trashing everything.
