There is NO upgrade to the paid WS version.  That would really be a
downgrade, and there is NO upgrade pricing available if you use Fedora
Core versions!!

Other than that, I think you may be leaving out a lot of important
details about your conversation with the RedHat support team to help
or comment further on this.
