Can you post your mtrr?
$ cat /proc/mtrr

[root@localhost ~]# cat /proc/mtrr
reg00: base=0x00000000 (   0MB), size=1024MB: write-back, count=1

It still seems like an nVidia problem to me. Is your card PCI-E or AGP?

P.S. I'm using Xinerama on my nVidia GF6800GT using the latest nVidia
drivers on FC5/x86_64 without a problem.

It's a 5600xt AGP card. How would setting up mtrr be a driver issue?
Does the nvidia driver set things like that?
