Can you post your mtrr?
$ cat /proc/mtrr 

It still seems like an nVidia problem to me. Is your card PCI-E or AGP?

P.S. I'm using Xinerama on my nVidia GF6800GT using the latest nVidia
drivers on FC5/x86_64 without a problem.
