If it is FAT32, it could be folder names that have spaces are causing
problems.
If NTFS (winxp default!), then you might be able to create a fat32
partition on your second hard disk, just big enough to hold the iso
image, or make a dvd to boot/install from.

Ok, so I formated a partition of my second HDD [A total of three partitions on two HDDs] into FAT32, and then transferred both the original .iso and the directory extracted from it [which i renamed FedoraDVD] onto this partition
Now, during installation it identifies that I have four partitions
/dev/
hda1
hdb1
hdb2
hdb5
But can't seem to find the CD image on any of them... now what is going wrong this time?
