My guess, based on other similar files, would be something like:

/lib/modules/2.6.16-1.2080_FC5/kernel/fs/ntfs/ntfs.ko

Involving making a ntfs directory in the appropriate kernel/fs (file
systems) direcctory, and renaming the file.

It's just a guess, but probably worth trying out.

If that doesn't work, have a look at one of the other NTFS support
offerings, perhaps one of them self-installs.

Reconfigure Firefox, it lets you configure how you want it to handle
downloads.
