So how do i build it? spec or rpm or whatever what how?

The "--rebuild" option to rpmbuild is for building from src.rpm files;
to build from a spec file, you'd use "-bb" or "-ba" instead. Otherwise,
you're specifying the same set of defines that failed for the OP
earlier, so this isn't likely to help.
