These days, most DVD recordable *drives* support both formats. A check of a UK supplier (dabs.com) shows that they have DVD±RW (±R DL) (33), DVD±RW (±R DL) / DVD-RAM (28), DVD±RW (+R double layer) (23), DVD±RW (4), DVD±RW (+R double layer) / DVD-RAM (2), DVD±RW / DVD-RAM (1), DVD±R (1), DVD-RW (1) The numbers in brackets are the numbers of products available. Obviously, the vast majority support both DVD+R(W) and DVD-R(W). James. -- E-mail address: james | Hooray. "I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue" is back on, @westexe.demon.co.uk | complete with strip poker.
