This is perfectly normal.

dhcpd gives a lease to the machine RWPowerBookG4.inside.msi and
tries to update DNS dynamically for the domain "inside.msi".
This failure can normally be ignored.

There is no Microsoft involved in this. There is no .msi file.
.msi must be a local pseudo-TLD.
