You appear to have some double installations of different packages,
though mostly the current version.

Almost all of mine have 6.8.2-37.FC4.49.2 as the version, and my
system's current (my list is below). There's one package belonging to a
prior release that don't seem to have had/needed an update. But I don't
have any duplicates.

$ rpm -qa xorg*
xorg-x11-Mesa-libGLU-6.8.2-37.FC4.48.1
xorg-x11-Mesa-libGL-6.8.2-37.FC4.49.2
xorg-x11-font-utils-6.8.2-37.FC4.49.2
xorg-x11-xfs-6.8.2-37.FC4.49.2
xorg-x11-6.8.2-37.FC4.49.2
xorg-x11-twm-6.8.2-37.FC4.49.2
xorg-x11-xdm-6.8.2-37.FC4.49.2
xorg-x11-libs-6.8.2-37.FC4.49.2
xorg-x11-Mesa-libGLU-6.8.2-37.FC4.49.2
xorg-x11-deprecated-libs-6.8.2-37.FC4.49.2
xorg-x11-xauth-6.8.2-37.FC4.49.2
xorg-x11-tools-6.8.2-37.FC4.49.2

Perhaps you did an install rather than update on some of yours?

I don't know what problems you're going to get/solve/change doing that.
