Hello,
I have used Kino in AMD-64 before (but not recently). IIRC I had some problem
with the one that comes with FC-4 and had to compile one myself directly from
source. I thing when I played the captured DV files, the sound was OK but the
video never actually play. But I managed to do some basic editing (cutting
and moving around frames) with it.

I have to try it again to remind myself what works (or not) with it (I've used
it recently). I noticed there's an update version of Kino with FC-4 a while
ago. I'll try to get back to you with what I've actually done to make it
somewhat works (and what doesn't work). Feel free to ping me if I forget to
do that.
