Basically install your modem with the "ethernet" line on a normal hub;
plug your Linux into that hub. Under /etc/resolv.conf tell the Linux
box that your DNS is the Comcast Cable box -- probably 10.0.0.1 or
something like that. Just keep pointing to their name servers:
nameserver 10.67.110.11
nameserver 192.168.110.11
Then, you set your /etc/hosts lines like this
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
10.0.0.100 inside.private inside
Make sure your network is plumbed so that you are on the Private NAT
side of the cable modem; but make the default route "the cable modem."
That should do it.

Is this advice for using hub so that more than one computers can connect to the internet via hub? I only had the cable connection setup for one computer now.
