Maybe it's on the inside. If so maybe that will let you boot into runlevel 1 and reset the passwords. If the harddrives with the odd connectors are laptop 44 pin IDE connectors, then CompUSA has the adapters. How about installing the disk in a laptop and reconfigure it? If this is some kind of SG series server try going to the advanced networking screen and look for reset to factory defaults. No guarantees, it says network, but who knows. There does not seem to be anything els that resets to factory defaults. It implies that the "toshiba" password will be changed to that of the first added user. So I guess that user will be the administrator.
