Life is good with SSH but when I'm done and type 'exit' to leave

Anyone ever seen this before? Client is FC3, doesn't matter
what OS the server is, RHEL, FC3, FC4 and RH7.3???
This is a FAQ..

I am actually seeing this behaviour if I start a process using nohup on
the server, with all output redirected to files. Surely then, ssh should
exit cleanly? (but it doesn't). I've never been sure if this is a bug.
Try "disown -a" before exiting the shell and see if that helps.
