Arne Drechsler, you were right about domain. In the access file I had
a domain name in there which wasnt corressponding to the localhost.
This is host is my mail server which was relays mail out

domain.com

changed it to;

mailserver.domain.com

I can relay mail through my XDA, will check later tonight using MS Outlook.
