Sharon, Where did you get clamv*. I installed from the source at DAG (no x86_64 binaries yet), and the clam services show up in system-config-services. I had some trouble getting clamav-milter and sendmail working together using the extras version. System-config-services looks like it scans /etc/init.d for available services.
