I had problems with older ndiswrapper versions, too. The current Version
1.5 compiles fine with 2.6.14. rpm.livna.org also has precompiled
ndiswrapper packages. Just configure livna and run

yum install kernel-module-ndiswrapper-2.6.14-1.1637_FC4
