On that note, what's the method for sorting that out?  Some mirrors seem
so slow at staying up to date that we'd be better off without them.
One, in Australia, uses click through pages, making it useless.

Surely becoming a mirror would mean some sort of registration process,
with a corresponding checkback that the mirror remains reasonably
current and uncompromised?
