the boot stop during the process at the time
it check the /home/file: here are the messages:
....
Setting up Local Volume Management: No Volume found [OK]
Checking file systems
fsck.ext3: No such file or directory while tryng to open /dev/sda9
** An error occured during the file system check
** Dropping you to a shell: the system will reboot
** when leaving the shell
Give root password to the shell
(or type Ctl-D to continue)
--------------------------
(1) /dev/sda9 /home ext3 rw 0 0
there is no problem with this partition

(2) Ctl-D gives nothing. To reboot I have to use Ctl-Alt-BkSp
(3) Returning to the previous kernel, I have no problem
to boot and no problem with this partition.
(4) Of course fsck.ext3 is in /sbin/
