These driver are for Highend Intel CPU (Xeon aso...)
If you read on the nvidia website, driver for Intel EM64T are the same
as ADM 64

I think you downloaded the wrong driver. You're using an driver for AMD
64bit,
you'll need the INTEL 64bit driver, which can be found on
http://www.nvidia.com/object/linux_display_ia64_1.0-5336.
