2 problems: a) You try to send mails as / from localhost.localdomain
which are treated by most other mail systems to be invalid / spam. To
avoid problems you better use your ISP's mail relay as smart host (that
topic has been covered here on the list several times). But it is too
recommended to set a valid mail address if mail shall not disappear in
spam filters. b) The DNS on your host seems to not be working as
Sendmail is not able to lookup the target systems.

SELinux can be another "problem" (as said in my other reply), especially
if you try to mail by a PHP script. This "problem" is intended and thus
an SELinux feature.

I recommend to not try so many things at one time. Do them step by step.
