depends upon your subnet mask
subnet mask of 255.255.254.0 #yes, same subnet
subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 #no, not same subnet

time to learn about tcp/ip

chances are, you need a 'static route' to get from 192.168.0 subnet to
192.168.1 subnet
