I doubt if that is the correct entry, and if it were
you would have to put "Dag APT Repository" in quotes.

Also you are advised to put repository details 
in the folder /etc/yum.repos.d rather than directly in /etc/yum.conf .
My file /etc/yum.repos.d/dag.repo reads
====================================
[dag]
name=Dag RPM Repository for Fedora Core
baseurl=http://apt.sw.be/fedora/$releasever/en/$basearch/dag
gpgcheck=1
enabled=0
====================================
and I would say

        yum --enablerepo=dag install <whatever>
