Nope. The 2.6.5-1.358 is the only kernel rpm installed.
What's the output of:
$ rpm -qa 'kernel*'
[root@prarit root]# rpm -qa kernel
kernel-2.6.5-1.358
Also, what version of yum do you have@
$ rpm -q yum
The version from FC3?
[root@prarit root]# rpm -q yum
yum-2.1.11-3
Try the latest errata version (2.2.0) first and see if that helps.
You might want to manually update udev too.
