Looks like its the same as

Its supporsed to be resolved - but I guess the problem isn't fixed
yet. You might want to add a new bugzilla entry with the example code.

An now, lapack is removed from core [perhaps will be in extras] in
rawhide. Not sure how this will affect resolving new problems with
these packages.
