After looking at the replies so far, I think there may be a more basic question:

Are you talking about the gui login screen on your laptop? Or, are you talking about being able to access Linux on your laptop via another X-Window server on another machine?

Subject: GUI login?

Okay, maybe I'm just an idiot..... I installed Fedora
Core on my laptop
(dual booting w/WinXP), everything seemed to go well
but I can't seem to
figure out how to get a GUI login. I've searched and
read and tried
just about everything I can find, but still all I get
is the text. Yes,
I'm a newbie but I know this shouldn't be this hard!
