There was a fatal RPM error. The message was:
Error reading header
I think you've probably got a corrupted RPM header file. Try this:
# cd /var/spool/up2date
# rm xemacs*.hdr gaim*.hdr squid*.hdr
# up2date-nox --update
That should re-download the headers for the new updates I believe.
