Or put the FC2 (incidentally, why FC2?) CD in the drive, reboot, and
choose to upgrade RH9. Anaconda knows how to handle more corner cases in
the upgrade.

Of course, all OS upgrades have some risk involved: you will have good
backups, won't you?
