and if there was a repo that you want to have - it would be dag in my
opinion.

also just a word for something that I've seen that has worked very
well...Smart

http://smartpm.org

yum --enablerepo=dag install smart smart-gui smart-update

installing anything is easy and cross repo conflicts are supposedly
dealt with intelligently (no complaints here)
