Hi,

how long to you have to store the backups ? I am asking because the
lifetime of a DVD is worst compared to a tape, and simple tape drives
are not as expensive as they were anymore...

special amount of filesystems/directories maybe rsync or even an backup
application like amanda is quite usefull ...
