How about:

[root@smtp-01-001 root]# uptime
 14:01:48 up 295 days, 1:51, 2 users, load average: 0.08, 0.15, 0.16

That's on a mail server (FC1) that handles about 4M messages a day.
It'd have a longer uptime but one of the RAM sticks blew up and I had
to take it down to replace it.

Or this (granted it's not FC, it's RHL 7):

[root@firewall /root]# uptime
11:48pm up 84 days, 21:49, 1 user, load average: 0.00, 0.00, 0.00

Not too impressed with 84 days? Well consider this - this machine rolled over at the 497 day mark. This machine has actually been up 581 days without a reboot! All I've done on this machine is upgrade OpenSSH and restart the sshd service. So the TCO for this machine for the last, oh, 19 months has been about 2 hours of my time and the electricity it draws. Period.

I *love* Linux.
