/sbin/lsmod
Module Size Used by
snd_pcm_oss 51573 0
snd_pcm 89541 1 snd_pcm_oss
snd_timer 27077 1 snd_pcm
snd_page_alloc 13509 1 snd_pcm
snd_mixer_oss 21313 1 snd_pcm_oss
snd 54821 4 snd_pcm_oss,snd_pcm,snd_timer,snd_mixer_oss
soundcore 12961 1 snd

Looks like I have them loaded. Any other suggestions? Shouldn't udev create /dev/dsp itself?

I don't see a module for your actual sound card. What kind of sound card is it?
