Yes, but with a "Minimal CD installation" you still have to download a 600M ISO of packages that'll either be not installed or replaced. 600M is a non-trivial ammount for a lot of people. Of course, not everyone downloads the ISOs, but for those who do this idea could save a lot of bandwidth. -- Jim
